Payment Terms:
Custom Order/s:
Should the order be for a specific pen or a selection of specific pens, i.e. your selection of pen type and hardware, i.e. style and wood/acrylic then half the amount of the order will be payable up front and the balance either upon collection or before the order is dispatched.
We suggest you supply all the details on the CONTACT US form. We in return will respond with a confirmation that all hardware is readily available / not available, together with the full cost including postage as well as waiting time.
Postage Charges:
Please remember that all prices include P & P to UK mainland, the price you see is the price you pay at the check-out.
Postage on all orders from outside the UK mainland will be in addition to the cost of the order. These are calculated by order weight and shown separately. Customers are asked for postal charges before orders are dispatched. We recommend tracking packages to outside the UK mainland.
Delivery:
All items are dispatched via Royal Mail within the United Kingdom 3 – 5 working days upon receipt of order unless otherwise advised.
Returns:
Any request to return any items must be made in writing (via the Contact Us page) within 7 working days upon receipt of product stating the reason for return. You will be allocated a Returns Reference Number and unless the product is faulty the cost of returning any product is the responsibility of the purchaser. Any product which has been used will not be subject for replacement.
Data Protection Act:
Any details supplied by you will not be disclosed to third party and are maintained by Cedara Handcrafted Pens for the sole purpose of supplying you the goods which you have purchased. We do not retain nor have any access to any records relating to your Credit or Debit Cards as this process is maintained by PayPal.
